What happened to the options for setting up a Portfolio home page? Used to be able to set it up "coverflow" style, or flip-through style, but now those options seem to be gone. Please advise.

how can i download and install adobe acrobat pro x 10.1.9
current adobe acrobat pro x is 10.1.9 want to update but i get an error message error 1537 try later
tried to re-download and re-install to no avail
same error or sometimes program quits
think reinstall will solve my issues
recently upgraded this mac pro from 10 6 8 to 10 9 5 and that is when issue started
also upgraded from adobe cs 5.5 to cd 6.1

Adobe 8 will not activate after I had to reinstall it when my MAC seized.
My MAC seized and needed to be wiped and the OS X reinstalled, (Yosemite 10.10.4). I have reinstalled Acrobat 8 Pro entered my serial number, clicked Continue on the Install Extras page them nothing. It looks as though Adobe is open but it is unresponsive... I can not even close it without a force quit. I had had to reinstall it before with no issues. I chatted with an Adobe tech and he suggested I try this form. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Dropbox affects choices of another dropbox
Not sure if this is even possible. I would like “How To” info on how to setup dropdown boxes on a form were the choice in one box will affect the second box options.
For example:
Dropbox1 has choices: A, B, & C
Dropbox2 choices are based on the selection of Dropbox1
When A is selected in Dropbox1, then Dropbox2 has available choices of 1, 2, & 3.
When B is selected in Dropbox1, then Dropbox2 has available choices of 4, 5, & 6.
When C is selected in Dropbox1, then Dropbox2 has available choices of 7, 8, & 9.

Formatting problems when I export to Word or Rich Text Format
When I export my .pdf files to Word or an .rtf file, some of the formatting is changed, but the problems are different in every export. One file expanded space between an apostrophe and quotation marks and the adjacent letter. This file deleted half (not all) of the paragraph numbering. Am I missing something or does Acrobat XI self-destruct because they issued Acrobat DC??

When I create a new form from an existing document Adobe freezes/locks up.
I am currently using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on a Windows 7 computer. When I create a new form from an existing Word of PDF document Adobe freezes/locks up. What can I do to fix this? I have installed all updates and this did not help. Thanks in advance for the help.

Cannot change the font size in pop-up and stickies
I'm using Acrobat Pro XI on a Macbook Pro, OS 10.9.5. As a proofreader/copy editor, I primarily use the highlight and sticky tools. A few days ago the type in my comments became extremely small, even though I hadn't made any (intentional) changes. I've set the preferences to 18 and then 20 point, but the font doesn't change and is still much too small. (I also noted in a support document that Mac users are not supposed to be able to set point sizes, only to small, medium, or large—but I don't have those options.) I upgraded from X to XI in an attempt to fix this, but nothing changed. When I go to the Content Editing box, "Edit Text & Images" is grayed out. I can make changes in the "Add Text" box, but I don't use that tool. I'm getting just a wee bit frantic (yes, the smoke is because my hair is on fire), because the majority of my jobs are PDFs, and now I can't work on them.
I'm certain that this is simply a case of DO (dumb operator), but I'd appreciate it if someone can get me on track. Thanks.

Adobe Reader MUI Classic Track PDF File Icons Broken
I'm having problems with broken items in Adobe Reader DC MUI Classic. Some PDF files show "preview image" type icons and others have no icon at all, just generic broken Windows app icon.
Notice, not every icon is broken, only some. The middle icon in the image above is also from a PDF file.
Reader DC is properly associated with PDF files because clicking on the files with broken PDFs still opens Reader DC. This issue is happening on every PC.
The steps to install were:
Download classic track Reader DC MUI and update MSP file
Extract Reader DC EXE file.
Create admin install point using MSI extracted from EXE
Patch AIP with the MSP file.
Use customization image to create MST to disable EULA, updates, online services etc.
Install patched Reader DC with MST. Reboot
It installs fine, but we have the broken icon issues.

I use to use the highlight tool to make PDF's searchable and to straighten pages that were askew. I somehow disabled this function but I don't know how to enable it again. Some help would be great.

Saving Outlook Emails to Adobe Portfolio on MAC
I got a new MAC. I have always been a PC user. I am using Acrobat XI and Outlook for Mac. I like to save my emails from Outlook in Adobe Portfolio which keeps them organized and keeps the attachments. Can I do this with my MAC? Print as pdf only converts the emails to a pdf and does not recognize there was an attachment. Thanks!

Acrobat XI Pro - Install rolling back
I'm reinstalling Acrobat XI Pro due to another issue. The install seems to get
to completion but then rollsback . I had this SAME problem originally 3 years
ago when I first upgraded from version 9 (due to other bugs) but after a 2 hour
tech support call he had me load a demo install from the web and then
activated it somehow.
Since it is 3 years later and the version is DC I think? Can I still try the
same method (download the demo then upgrade it with my license?)
Since I had to have tech support walk me through a jury rigged install
how to I reinstall this when the original demo download does not exist?
Adobe support site does not indicate I have phone support available anymore.

Adobe Acrobat Pro X Error 1328 Won't Update
I just bought Adobe Acrobat X Pro from Ebay. It is brand new in the box and came with serial number and everything.
I was able to install the program, however, the first thing I do when I get a new program is to update it....well that is when I get the Error 1328.
Then I go in to register my product and it say my Serial Number is invalid.....how can that be....I installed the FULL program just fine. It works just fine....I just want to be able to update it.
Please help me with this, as I need this program for my business.

After upgrading from Windows 8.0 to Windows 10 Acrobat X does only work in full screen mode
I have upgraded my System (DELL Precision T3500) from Windows 8.0 to Windows 10. After Acrobat X is started in windows mode (that means not full screen), the title bar is invisible and no menu is shown. The Window size cannot be changed and F9 does not work. Only if the window is changed to full Screen the menu can be shown and the program works like before. Reinstallation of Acobat X did not change the situation.
I am using a 4K display but everything did work with that configuration and Windows 8.0.

Need assistance writing a JavaScript code for validating the length of transit numbers

I'm using Adobe proffesional 7.0, as I'm not allowed to update to a newer version for compatibility reasons.
This code won't even run, I'm not sure why, and it is under the validate event heading.
I am new to JavaScript so I could be making a really silly error.

As a side note the object of this code is to alert the user that the transit number is not 5 digits. All banks here in Canada have 5 digit transit numbers.

Adobe X gives Not Responding error message for about 30 seconds after opening a document.
Does anyone have a solution. Memory is not an issue.
