Using Acrobat interactive actions on mobile devices.

I have an interactive map of our condo community working on the PC, where a mouse-over or mouse-down on a button placed on the unit brings up a text box with the resident's contact information. I coded the actions for each button and it all works well. What I would like to know is whether there is a way to get this to work on mobile devices, for instance, where a touch on the button would bring up the text box?
