I have a large amout of email that I am converting from Outlook 2010 messages to pdf using a plug-in through Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I don't want a portfolio created, rather one pdf file. I have been opening each message and converting to pdf, renaming the file with date/time (subject line is the default file name), and then I combine mutiple pdfs into one document. This process would go much quicker if I could change the file name to default to date/time, rather than renaming it myself. Does anyone have an idea on how to change this setting? Or any other ideas to make this process easier?
