Acrobat Reader XI crashes in 2nd account (eula)

I installed Acrobat Reader XI on windows 7 on a machine with 2 accounts. It worked as expected in the 1st account, but the 2nd account could not start it. The accept license window did not appear. The event list of Win7 showed, Eula.exe of AcrobatReader crashed.

Both accounts are administrator accounts. I tried to remove the software and install it in the 2nd account first, the same result with the 1st account. I added a 3rd account, the same.

Is it prohibited by the eula to use Acrobat Reader XI on one machine in 2 accounts (be aware: login account 1, it works, shutdown, power on, login account 2, it does not work, shutdown, power on, login account 1, it works) ? Is there a way around or did I miss something ? The problem arised after updating from Acrobat Reader X to XI.

Many thanks for any help.
