When I print to pdf from word, or IE, or any other program, it creates an extra page within the pdf that lists out filename, directory, template, title, subject, etc... See screenshot below. This extra page is really annoying to have to delete everytime. Is there a setting I can change to not have this extra page create everytime? I am using Adobe Acrobat 9. Thanks.
