I posted this in the FM forum as well but maybe it belongs here. I made a PDF from a FrameMaker book. There is a hyperlink in the PDF that works for me on my work computer, VM, and home computer. It also works for some other people on the distribution list but a few others are getting a browser "404 Error" when they click it from the PDF. The link (when it works) goes directly to a file download on a support site. I thought this may be the issue so I tried linking back all the way to the main site address but they still get the error. I have no idea why it is working for some but not others. Nobody has any special security on their computer that should prevent it from working.
I tried marking "Create Named Destinations for All Paragraphs" on the Links tab of the PDF Setup dialog then resent a new PDF. The same users are still having the problem on their work and home computers.
Using FM version 10.0.2.419.
I must be missing something...any ideas?
