My work computers are all running Windows XP SP3 32-bit, but one of the computers is having issues when the find / search function is used in Adobe Acrobat. All the computers have the same version of Acrobat - version 10.1.5, but only one computer is having this malfunction. The error occurs frequently (every few to several minutes). The file is still shown but the program its self gets grayed out (tools, comments, share, show previous page, show next page, selection tool, zoom out, ect). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but to no avail. There are work arounds that I am aware of, but I’m hoping that an actual fix exists.
I have seen this happen before on a Windows 7 64-bit (6GB RAM) machine as well (but not work related issue, a personal issue).
