Have always had and used an Englich version of Acrobat 8.
Yesterday bought and downloaded upgrade to Windows English Acrobat XI.
When I first tried to start Acrobat XI, a screen appeared which appeared to ask for me to re-enter my product ID but in an unusual language, maybe russian or Scandinavian.Entered my original Acrobat 7 Serial # and pressed "Da" but not accepted. Then entered new serial # for the new download and press "Da" again, but same rejection screen appeared. I has other writing on it possibly with some explanation, but it is a language I can't read
HELP!!!!!!!!
