Hi all,
I had successfully installed Acrobat Pro XI on my Windows 7 computer when it started to misbehave. I decided to uninstall it and then reinstall it. I uninstalled it successfully, rebooted twice, and now I can't get it to successfully reinstall. It goes about 99% of the way and then rolls back the action. The only message is that the wizard failed and I should try again later, which I of course have, many times.
My thought is that the problem is in the registry, but I am hesitant to make any changes there.
I called support and had a 30 minute wait, so thought I would try here before I called back.
