I know the distribute format would do this automatically, but unfortunaley the form needs to be filled out by more than one person so I don't think it will work (to the best of my knowledge!). Instead, I am collecting the forms via e-mil and saving them on my computer to enter into excel manually. Is there any way to export multiple PDFs to the same spreadsheet over time without losing old data? When I merge the data files into a spreadsheet it gives me the option to include the most recent list to export, but it creates a new spreadsheet everytime I add additional files. My other concern is that is says include the most recent lists, will I lose data over time?
