Hi, I'm using adobe acrobat Pro XI to create a form. I am trying to use a drop-down list with preformed sentences to eliminate need to type commonly used sentences. This drop down list is followed by a text box and I am unable to properly align these two items after a selection is made. Any suggestions on how to align these two boxes since the length of the drop-down text varies. I attached an image of what I am trying to do. I want them to select an item and then fill in the second text box while maintaining a paragraph format. Thanks in advance for any help!
