I can't seem to use Acrobat Pro XI, everytime I try to edit a text, it keep popping up the window "Acrobat has encountered an unknown error." Please help me. I had tried to uninstall Acrobat Pro XI and reinstall it again; however, the same problem is continue on.
Please help me with this issue.
