What a pain. In order to re-verify my long-working Acrobat 7 (win 7) I was instructed to uninstall it. Then the instructions were to download a new install.exe, which I did. But that new install program had to be aborted due to several "Error 1304 reports that it couldn't access some file or folder. Tech Chat support was no help (surprise?). Don't know how to overcome this isntall issue. In the meantime my Acrobat 7 program is gone and I can't reinstall it. Acrobat should be ashamed.
Any ideas on why I'm getting these file access errors?
