We have 2 employees that are no longer working here and I need to remove their digital ID signatures. When i go into the security setting and try to "Remove ID", then there is a Digital ID Authentication box that pops up requiring a password authentication. Since these employees are gone, there is no way to know what/if any password that may have been applied, although we do not recall setting one initially, so how can we remive these invalid signatures? Also tried to see if there was a way to shorten the validity dates to expire sooner thinking maybe that may solve the issues but I am not sure how to alter the "validity ends" date. Assistance please.
