The question asks it all. I have a government form in PDF but is not fillable. With Acrobat X Pro, I can create the various, apparent fields fillable - easy enough. However, one page has a ruled area intended for filling it in by ink or pencil - by hand. I want to type into the ruled multi-line field but I do not know how to manipulate spacing of typing between lines so that the typing falls in with the existing ruled lines.
