I am currently working on a project for work and ran into a wall, of sorts. I have created a portfolio for our case managers to use in assisting clients. However, there are 18 seperate documents that need to be addressed with the client. I went with fillable pdf's and the porfolio to house them. However, it is very time consuming to manually go through each document. Is there a way to link all pdf's in a specific portfolio to automatically generate answers on every form that are the same (i.e. name, date, address, etc.)?
