Hi,
I have created a survey (webform) using Acrobat XI and everything works fine but I was wondering whether is it possibile to forward the webform link to different participants with their name on it without creating multiple surveys?

- Survey -
- Dear Mr. Y
- Survey -
The survey im working on is intended for 10 participants only and instead of giving them a general form to fill up, i would like to personalize it by including each participant name on the survey.
Not sure if this is possible, do enlighten me if there is a workaround for this.
