I have been trying to find the solution to this for days. I'm running Acrobat 9.5 on Windows 7 Pro. No matter what I do I cannot get Acrobat to maintain my toolbar selections. I want to have toolbar buttons like rotate, and certain page view shortcuts up there, but whenever I close and open Acrobat back up they're gone. Same with all of the preferences. I change those, and go back in and open the very same document and they're all back to the default, after just setting them a few seconds ago. I had a feeling it had something to do with Windows 7 and privelages, but I'm an admin on this PC, and I went into every folder where the .exe file is and made extra sure all of them have "full control" to modify, edit, etc in the security settings. Not sure what else to try. Has anyone else run into this? Happens with both Acrobat and Reader!!
