Importing data into PDF form

So I am using Acrobat Standard X.

I would like to create a PDF form, populate it with data from a database, send it via email (using the Email field in the form itself) and have people correct, update, make changes, then email back to me.  I can handle most of creating the form, but I have some questions especially about some special field types.  For example, see below:

This is what the data looks like, and you can see the RED data is the type of field I am having problems with, which requires multiple user input, that I would like to figure out how to import into the PDF form before it gets emailed.

I would also like to know if emailing using the Email field in the form itself is possible to send the email using the PDF form as  an attachment.

Finally, can anyone tell me if I email it and get it back with  corrected information, is there  a  way that the user changed fields are highlighted, so I know what they changed in the long form?

Thanks,

-CL
