I have a booklet made with Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, that uses fillable forms which gets emailed. Some customers can open the booklet, fill in the forms, save it and return it without a single problem. Others cannot even open up the document. I beginning to think that this is an issue with the email provider. Does anyone else have this problem or know what can be done to rememdy this?
