Saving data in forms

I created a small fillable form in Adobe Professional and the users of this form are in Adobe Standard. They are unable to save the form on their desktop or email it without losing the data they entered. It is on our SharePoint site and they open in the browser and start entering data. Why can they not save it?? Is there something in the form I created??
