Issue with creating Form

I was trying to create a new form in Acrobat X Pro and I kept getting the error message "Acrobat could not create a new PDF Form". Because I have recently upgraded to MS Office 365 I thought maybe there was a compatibility issue. I downloaded the free trial of Acrobat XI Pro and then tried to create a new form but I am still getting the same error message.
