Embed fonts fixup: how to embed the full set?

Hi,

I'm dealing with a requirements for PDF files to include the full set of embedded fonts, and not only a subset.

I was looking at how I can use the preflight tool in Acrobat Pro X to verify that PDF files have embedded fonts, that the full set is embedded, and fix as necessary.

So far, I haven't been able to determine how the embedding of the full set can be verified and corrected. The actions I've been able to find all verify and fix embedded subsets.

Any help would be welcome!
