The laptop where I had Adobe Acrobat X Standard installed has recently become out of use / unrepairable.
I've purchased a new Surface Pro - and want to install Acrobat X standard on this device.
I've had an online chat with an Adobe rep. and have been told this is not possible - because Adobe do not provide downloads for 'old' versions of Acrobat.
I'm amazed by this - it's only one version back; if I'd purchased the product as a CD rather than a download, i'd have no issue.
Adobe is seemingly choosing to punishing me because of the format of my purchase - surely this is not correct?
Please help me understand if I've misunderstood the situation.
