Missing PDFMaker Files...Do you want to run installer in repair mode? Help

I am trying to open a Microsoft Execl (.xlsx) and create a form.

I get the error "Missing PDFMaker Files...Do you want to run installer in repair mode?" and you say yes it does not work and if you say no it does not work.

I installed Acrobat Pro Xi via the CloudCreative (I had a previous version of Acrobat Pro X on my desktop), even if I try to save as PDF from Excel it will not work????

Please someone help..
