Where is my signed document that I am tracking?

I distributed a form for multiple signatures and have a document that shows the responses and can track who has signed.  When I click on tracker it says at the top of that box that the form has been successfully distributed. Responses will be combined into a single file. Where is that file? Everything I click on shows a form with no responses.
