VBA access of Acrobat COM Library

I have a question:

I just would like to know if there are any licensing requirements to instantiate the necessary DLL's and other COM Components to make this work under Windows/XP or Windows 7 ?
IOW, must one have an Acrobat Professional license to get the Acrobat.tlb installed ?

My base requirement is to be able to get and put data into Acrobat form fields.
