Acrobat X Not Reponding for 30 seconds almost every time I open a file
The title says it all.
This happens on 4 computer systems, including:
Windows 8 64-bit desktop, FRESH INSTALL
Windows 8 32-bit laptop, FRESH Install
Windows 7 64-bit desktop, REINSTALLED AND PROBLEM PERSISTS
Windows 7 32-bit laptop
I have read long forum postings of people having this problem on many different versions of Acrobat and Reader and tried many of the purpored solutions, none worked.
I would like some expert advice, but more importantly why hasn't Adobe investigated and solved this widely reported phenomenon that has gone on for years? There is no way I would upgrade to Acrobat XI (which some people report has this problem) unless Adobe acknowledges and fixes this.
Where do I report this issue to Adobe?
