I am adding text to a pdf by:
- Click Tools to the top right of Acrobat, beneath the X.
- Under Content | Edit Text & Objects, select Edit Document Text.
- Hold down ctrl before you place the cursor on the pdf.
To edit the font size and other properties:
- Select the text, right click, choose Properties and enter the relevant font properties.
This requires me to select every instance of text in a document and manually change the font size. Is there a way to program Acrobat such that all new text entered into the document will automatically default to a specific font and size?
