Comments Missing in Shared Review on Adobe.com

We are hosting a review on Adobe.com. The reviewers started posting comments yesterday. Today, the comments that one reviewer posted yesterday and today before 9:47 am are missing. The tracker says that this reviewer has made 60 comments, but the actual review PDF says that he has made 36 comments. He thinks that he has made even more comments than the tracker reports. He estimates a total of 100 comments. Where could the missing comments be?

 

We are working on Macs, using Firefox to access the review. The review was created using Acrobat X (10.1.6) on a Mac.

 

Unfortunately, he did not save a copy to his hard drive. Does anyone have any advice for us for getting our comments back? And for avoiding this problem in the future?
