I am trying to add a drop down list to a PDF form. When you click the drop down, I want it to have different options, such as yes and no. If you select "Yes", I want it to add a 01 to the box instead of Yes. I want it to add a 02 for "No", etc. I don't need the "Yes" or "No" to show in the printable area, just to elimiate the need for a separate sheet to look back to constantly. Is this possible? I have several items that I currently have to cross reference which have numbers associated them. Is this possible to do? I'm using Adobe Acrobat X Pro. Thank you.
