Creating PDF from PostScript in Acrobat Distiller 11

I've just upgraded to Professional 11 and I am having issues distilling a postscript file to PDF that works in other versions.

Normally I need to use the -F option but with or without this I still get the error "%%[ Error: invalidfileaccess; OffendingCommand: file ]%%"

Any ideas?
