I have a PDF that was designed in another program and I was wanting to turn it into a editable PDF. I have done this several times without a problem. This time when I go to import the PDF the only way to add text boxes is to import as a flowable layout. This rasterizes all of my artwork and look really bad. Why can I no longer import a PDf as fixed pages and add text boxes like I have done in the past?.
