operating system is windows vista on my laptop...Internet explorer i am using is number 9....for Acrobat_com...rec'd a message on my laptop to update a mandatory version from 2.0.0.0 to 2.3.0.0 when trying to update then I rec'd and error message #16820. please advise thank you
