Can't make a simple PDF from a excel workbook
I have the brand new suite of Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac. I have a two sheet workbook in Excel that I want to covert to PDF. When I go to convert it in the app, it creates a 10 page PDF. Completely worked up. It's an incredibly simple workbook with 20 lines.

What is the script for creating sequential auto number on PDF form?
Customers can download the PDF form on website and fill in information. They will have to open this form from different computers. I'd like to generate sequential auto number on each individual form. Still I don't know what would be the best or easiest option to this case - use submit button with java script, just create text field with script, or should something else.
I'd really appreciate it if you could help me to figure this out. Thanks again!

I am trying to receive unicode from a pdf, so I used the preprocessor directive _UNICODE in VC2013.
Now I have the following error in PImail.c:

emailing pdf from hyperlink in the same pdf
I have some pdf's that I need to send by email. The email address is contained within each pdf, when i click on the email link my email client opens with the email address but the pdf I am trying to send does not attach to the email.
Any help would be appreciated

Pdf Dropdown to textbox fill colours.
I may have imaged it, but i'm sure i've seen a fill in PDF form that had a dropdown menu with squares of colour - Red, Green & No Fill
when a colour is clicked the text box/field fill colour goes red, green or blank.
How is this done, or is it not possible?
i have spend 1/2 a day looking on google, but i just got confused.

What tiff settings create the largest files? I've set the resolution to 300 pixels/inch when converting pdf to tiff, but the quality is still not great.
More specifically: what should I select for the settings in Monochrome, Grayscale, Color, RGB, CMYK, Grayscale, & Colorspace?

Can I tag reviewers in a PDF Review Server situation?
Here's my conundrum:
I have a group of reviewers adding comments to a PDF review.
But, they reply to each other, with questions to the original commenter. But, the original commenter has no way of knowing there's a question for them. Can I tag reviewers in the comment field? Is there a way to configure this? Is there a plug-in? HELP! We use JIRA, for everything else, so everyone is trained to keep discussions in a thread. Works in JIRA. Not so much in Acrobat. I'm going insane being the intermediary, crafting emails to ask the questions that are posted, pinging people, chasing a moving target (yeah.. because while I'm doing all this, someone else just commented on that thread, too)....

PDF Maker files missing - Acrobat DC Desktop
Good Afternoon Gurus,
I recently purchased Acrobat DC in order to convert an excel document into a pdf with fields that can be filled in. The first time I ran this process, it worked without issue, however I had to close it and modify the original document as there were errors that needed corrected first. When I tried to select the newly corrected form I get the "Missing PDFMaker files" error message. I have gone into excel and confirmed that it is showing as active.
I have tried the following:
- Standard restart
- Uninstall, Standard Restart, Reinstall
Software Specs:
- Latest desktop version of Acrobat DC
- MS Office 2016 64 Bit
- Windows 10 64 Bit
Any advice y'all can provide would be most helpful. I'm at my wits end..

Error installing CS2 and updating Acrobat 7 pro to Acrobat 8 pro
I have two related issues. I own the real hard copy of CS2 with Acrobat pro 8.
I was told I could no longer load and register my hard copy and that I must download CS2 from Adobe and load it, which I did. After loading CS2 I get an error message telling me, "Warning 20225. Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Setup could not create "Acrobat PDF Port Printer"" Everything else seems to runs fine.
and
I also downloaded Acrobat 7 Pro and loaded it. I try to use my Acrobat 8.0 Pro to upgrade 7.0 I just loaded. Acrobat 8.0 removes Acrobat 7.0 that I just installed, and starts loading Acrobat 8.0 pro, but the installation fails and Acrobat 8.0 Pro automatically uninstalls, leaving me with nothing installed.
