I have created a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro. The form works beautifully. Until the end user hits submit. Then the form goes to their outlook "outgoing" file; they have to hit send. THEN, who knows where it goes because the Adobe Acrobat Pro Tracker claims there have been no responses. Sometimes the enduser gets an email in their inbox and they are told to follow special instructions which also do not work.
So Adobe got on my computer and had me open the form in Adobe Cloud; the form worked beautifully, but the user had to scroll all the way back to the top to hit submit - guess what? The button didn't work it does nothing.
I scheduled a service call but Adobe hasn't responded and they are two hours late! I need this form to work in the next hour, anyone have suggestions for me?
