Is it possible to make pages move along with bookmarks? To be more specific, is there any way to utilize bookmarks (or any other feature of Acrobat) in a manner similar to "outlines" in Microsoft Word? In Word, the outline layout is a great way to move a hierarchial chunk of text to another location while keeping all the lower level text intact. I wish I could do the same with Acrobat's bookmarks - moving a block of pages under a particular bookmark, including all the pages in the nested sub-bookmarks.
