Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Under Firefox v20 and Chrome v26, whenever I try to open a PDF portoflio the image with "For the best experience, open this PDF portfolio in...." shows up.
This does not occur under Internet Explorer v10. In Internet Explorer the pdf portfolio opens right up within the browser.
I am using Adobe Acrobat X Professional with Adobe Flash v11.7
