Hi,
I bought few day ago a new Epson Premium XP-800.
I have a last version of acrobat reader on my mac book pro late 2007 with MacOSX SnowLeaopard 10.6.8
So, i downloaded and installed the last driver for this printer.
I tried to print image files, text files and pdf files. Every type of file i can print, is printed by this device with every software except with Acrobat. If i print a pdf using the software Preview of MacOsX this file is printed. The same file sended to the printer by Acrobat is not printed.
When I try to send to printer every pdf file, the printer return this error: /Library/Printers/EPSON/ InkjetPrinter2/Filter/raster toescpII.app/Contents/MacOS/ rastertoescpII failed and if I see the log error file the line of error of the printing process doesn't have any sort of code error, but only these words: Stopping unresponsive job!
I tried to reinstall Acrobat, but nothing changed.
How can i solve this problem?
