I recently downloaded Adobe ACrobat XI Pro from the Cloud. It does not seem to be working properly. There are really two problems:
1. In some cases, when I open a PDF, my edit toolbar is not available at all (grayed out). None of these tools show up in right column under tools any more, but I am able to show and hide them through page navigation, but not the Edit tools.
2. Also in some cases, but not all, I will open a PDF and when I view through the page thumbnails on left side, it won't allow me to move them around or delete pages. I can only view, nothing else.
In both cases, I cannot find support to help me troubleshoot. Can anyone assist me?
