We are using Shared Reviews for routing our work internally. When a user adds a comment and publishes it the "save" icon becomes active can if you try to close the PDF without saving Acrobat alerts you to that fact. However we have noticed that you do not necessarily have to save the PDF after adding a comment in Shared Reviews for the comments to show up for other users. We can open the doument after closing it and NOT saving it and all the comments are there. It also looks like making an "archived copy" and printing the comments are not an issue.
Can someone tell me if it is absolutely necessary to "save" the PDF after adding a cmment using Shared Reviews or if that can be ignored? If we do not "save" the PDF after commenting does taht have other implications later on?
Thanks,
Jason
